Making healthy choices can be a challenging task, and the reason - as I see it - is two-fold:
- There is an overwhelming amount of health-focused information at play in our world, and we are so often bombarded with large amounts of (often conflicting) information
- Health science is made up of many different complex sciences, and in any one complex science, there is so much information at play that it is literally impossible for our logical minds to understand it all
This course is designed to help you make healthier decisions by helping you understand what, exactly, it means to be working with a complex science.
Once you understand what it means to be working with this high level of complexity, I then teach you one new framework for making healthier decisions - one that takes the great level of complexity into account while simplifying your ability to make health-conscious decisions.
To teach this, this course is designed to help you understand the important principles underlying The Reprogrammed Systems Approach and to help you begin to put it into practice.
As the name signifies, The Reprogrammed Systems Approach to Healthy Living involves a "systems" way of thinking about your health challenges.
The fact of the matter is, your human body is a vastly complex system, so whenever you make a health-conscious decision, there is a need to think systemically - taking into consideration the complex & dynamic networks that serve important functions to keep you alive and well.
This course is designed to help you understand how to make better decisions that take into account this greater complexity.
As you move through the lessons, you will learn why I have developed a systems approach to health-conscious decision-making, along with how you can use this approach.
Once you have read through / listened to the lessons, I will send you on your way with my online guides to making those health-conscious decisions as you move forward becoming a healthier individual!

The lessons are split into two sections:
Section 1: Understand what it means to think with a systems perspective - one that can better enable you to make health-conscious decisions
Section 2: Understand how you can make health-conscious decisions without having to understand and control all the nitty-gritty details (i.e., all those pathways and mechanisms that make up these numerous complex systems!)
Also, note that each lesson has both audio and text included. For the audio portion, images will be referenced and can easily be found within the text.
The Course Guide provided at the beginning of this course will get you oriented as you begin the course. It also serves to help you integrate the principles discussed within the lessons into your own life, thinking through how you may apply this information in your own health-conscious decisions.
