Hi, I'm Katie, and I am here to help you move forward through your health transformation in an organic and individualized process with less stress and more space to be you!

Human health is made up of many complex sciences, including pathophysiology, nutrition, epigenetics, and more! Because understanding all of this information is an impossible task, I developed a new approach to unravel the most important information first, diving deeper into the details that become important as you go!

Learning to make healthier decisions has proven itself to be a difficult task, but it doesn't have to be this way!

The problem is that most solutions provided by the health & wellness sphere are based on outdated models, ones that:
